Describe the feature

Perform a detection run when there is input or output in the pipeline.

Reasons why it should be considered

This will greatly improve work efficiency while not excessively consuming TPS.

What does this mean? What pipeline are you talking about?

When using hoppers or pipes to perform input and output operations on the internal storage space of an item (such as a router), prevent the device from entering sleep mode.

Ah, I see what you mean. So when items are inserted by a hopper, you would want the router to not go into eco mode (or leave eco mode if it's already there?)
