bugfix: voice search on safari is tough to activate

Description

voice search on safari requires microphone permissions and doesn't seem to be able to get input for both desktop and mobile

sometimes it doesn't work, other times it does but then hides the transcribed question. overall, just a lot of erratic behavior.

• difficult to "activate" / press the button (especially noticable on ios mobile)
• incorrect transcription or sometimes no transcription loads at all.
