Colors do not render when using the Enhanced Block Entities mod

When I add Enhanced Block Entities, the colors of chests do not render.

I tried changing the color of a chest while enhanced block entities was active and it was changed when I turned it off, so chest colorizer is still saving the color, but not rendering it.

Depending on how EBE works it might be tricky or impossible to fix. I need to familiarize myself with the inner workings of EBE

If I understand correctly EBE loads models with textures once, so I can't really replace textures on the fly as I do normally. @FoundationGames can you confirm?

I also use EBE and the chest colors are not changing.

Same issue here. Getting this updated to be be compatible would be amazing.
