Develop a plan for engaging prospective users. Use-cases builds upon our unique functionality and provides results users want to see. Should produce a one-page writeup documenting user persona description, use-cases, acceptance tests, frequency of interaction with users and the development effort reserved to implement that feedback.

• (User Engagement) Users evaluate CHP tool through scenarios
• (User Engagement) Refine CHP tool
