Stuck "initializing Shotgun Engine" process

As an artist from a project. I started to work with Shotgun Studio, so it's expected that, I am able to use this tk on my computer, but the dialog of engine initialization get stuck, I don't know why, because I used in a different machine and it worked correctly.

OS: Window 10
Firewall: Off
TB Harmony version: 20.0.5

I also attach the Shotgun studio details:

If I start the project from Shotgrid, it opens TB Harmony, but the dialog get stuck from the very first time.

Sidenote: If I close the dialog this happens.
