When opening a chat for the first time, the app should directly show a text/message with a link to the privacy policy:

Ihre im Chat eingegebenen Daten werden zur Bearbeitung Ihrer Anfrage gespeichert und können von der zuständigen Kommune eingesehen werden. Weitere Informationen finden Sie in unserer Datenschutzerklärung.
