Describe the Bug

Currently technical feedback is deactivated. However one feedback entry appeared in the feedback list of network management.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to https://admin.integreat-app.de/feedback/
  2. Find a feedback entry

Expected Behavior

No technical feedback entry should appear, as it is disabled

Actual Behavior

A technical feedback entry appears

Additional Information

Investigate

  1. Whether technical feedback is disabled
    2.If disabled, why the entry is there.
