Appointment Requirement Indicator for "Behörde/Amt" POIs

Motivation

many contact points in the category “Behörde/Amt” require an appointment to be made in advance. users may have difficulty obtaining this information, which can lead to frustration and inefficient visits. clearly visible labeling can help avoid misunderstandings and facilitate planning for the target group.

Proposed Solution

☑️ An additional option should be integrated into the CMS when creating a POI in the “Behörde/Amt” category: A checkbox “Appointment may be necessary”, which can be activated by municipal employees.
☑️ If activated, this information will be visible to users on the POI's detail page.
☑️ Optionally, an additional information text could be added in which specific information for making an appointment (e.g. online booking links or telephone numbers) can be entered.

Alternatives

automatic link to external appointment booking portals → problematic, as different platforms are used and this is difficult to scale. Municipal employees often do not have the time to research this information.
own appointment booking function in the CMS → too complex to develop and not all authorities have such a system.
maintain status quo → not expedient as users are still inadequately informed.

User Story

🗣️ As a user of the app, I would like to recognize in the location description whether an appointment is required so that I can prepare for it and do not stand in front of closed doors.
🗣️ As a local authority employee, I would like to have an option when creating a POI in the “Behörde/Amt” category to indicate whether an appointment is necessary so that this information is communicated transparently to the target group.

Additional Context

This function could also be relevant for other POI categories in the future.

Design Requirements

The checkbox should be visible in the flow for creating locations in the “Behörde/Amt” category.
