由于dart中package:web不兼容本地解析(为更好的适应JS编译优化网页性能)，在这里使用Golang编写相关脚本。

放弃golang脚本，仍然采用Dart，使用html库。
此库虽然不稳定(before 1.0)，但此处仍然可用。
