Apple’s TV/FM Radio card is a PCI card which allowed you to listen to FM Radio and tune in to TV channels on your Macintosh, but no emulator supports it currently. A variant without FM radio called the Apple TV/Video card was released.

What should be supplied as TV/FM signal?

Probably something like a m3u8 file. I was going to say to forward a TV tuner card, but barely any computers include them anymore, meanwhile most computers have a 3.5mm port where a headphone pair can be inserted to supply FM radio to any device without a specific antenna.
