標準ライブラリに入ったので、Cookbookにあっても良いかなと思いました。

まずは以下のあたりから

宣言する方法
複数の型を受け付けるmatchのハンドラーの書き方
tryMatchの使い方
定義時の型の一覧の取り方

あとはmsgpack-dとかasdfとの連携とか？
