Make 'description' into a paragraph field and add a longer example #2

At the moment, a few of the descriptions submitted are more like titles - very short. It would be nice to encourage people to send a little more information/background.

@dbouquin - do you think you can re-make the form with @astrofrog's suggestions here?

I can make a new less complicated form that's less widget like and add documentation for sure, but not until I get back to the US unfortunately. My computer took a dive (no idea) and I need my back up disk. if you can wait I'll get it in July but if not feel free to change whatever you want :)

I don't actually think we need to change it too much - I just meant that the description form item could be a text box rather than a text line - and that the pre-filled text in that form item could be longer - but the rest of the form is fine! :)

That I can do in that case :) Just won't be able to push it until I get back if that's Ok. Opened my computer last night and got some weird disk utility issue that my known tricks aren't fixing.
