Cookies will be enabled, just not third-party cookies (which are normally used for tracking). However, these can be enabled for the entire browser, or just certain sites, we just want them off by default

Would it be possible to make cookies optional on certain sites? An example would be one you want to retain your login throughout next session.

One of the most powerful tracking features on the internet is third party cookies. It is becoming progressively more common for browsers to block third-party cookies, and websites have stopped breaking because of it. Safari has been blocking third party cookies for ages, as did cliqz. Very few website break because of this anymore, so it should be applied by default.

Third party cookies should be disable with
network.cookie.thirdparty.sessionOnly
