this is the last project that needs moving to actions. also be nice if we can also add the following:

  • json validator for the files to ensure they are correct (i.e. no items are duplicated)
  • change PNGs to the originals and use PNGCrush to compress them (depends on total file size)
  • move firebase deploy (todo: key) to GitHub as well
