为什么只能base服务启动seata,别的服务启动就会报type找不到

我这里用的是1.4.2的seata,在mysql的配置配置文件中打开了seata 但是只能base链接，别的还得在各自的配置文件中关闭掉，这样是没办法使用openFeign 进行调用，现在我如果创建新的服务 如何避免将oauth,system等服务使用openFeign进行调度。 求指教！！！！
