Get your RMD cleaned up. At this point it should read like the homepage for your project. Giving a summary of the questions that you tackled and directing readers to your deliverables.

*Shiny App

It's tough for me to provide feedback on this without being able to play w the shiny app. Please post a link here once you're able to get it up on the server.
