create AWS database error

Hi,
I try to load new database on the AWS, the load script was working last week but it failed today with additional requirement "passwd?" The new statistic did ftp to AWS server. Is there any changes within a week since last Monday?

Today I can create a new database on the AWS. Please hold on your investigation till I can make sure it is normal again.
