- Colecovision no longer needs a BIOS
- Smaller binary sizes (though the .fw is padded to the same as before)
- License is now GPL2 for all components in the project
Known issues:
- Save states support in PCE is experimental. Loading is also manual only (start a game -> Reload).

This build contains a lot of internal refactoring/preparation that took place to accommodate the coming wifi netplay feature. It may affect stability more than usual.
