Installation issue: Driver not starting

Hello,

Ive got some speakers with DLNA Lan ethernet and hope this is the solution I am looking for! (Swan M80w)

I disabled secure boot and enabled testsigning and it installed without error and the driver installation pop up
Added the second registy key for good measure

But there is no driver in the sound panel,
And the device driver has these error:
Location: Unknown
The driver for this device might be corrupted, or your system may be running low on memory or other resources. (Code 3)

The event log shows:

Additionally, I saw that uninstallation guide that you can uninstall via windows.
However the installation process didnt install any programs that I can see?
Tried looking for files also

I tried to find others with my issue but I couldn't find anything.
