Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

There's only a latest opendata demo in run_AIFS_v0_2_1.ipynb.
If I want to do a history forecast using ERA5 data, how should I prepare data?
Thank you and Merry Christmas!

Hi,
Using the cds it is possible to download ERA5 data as a grib file.
Then using this data to initalise the AIFS it will be possible to do a historical forecast.

Essentially swap the opendata retrieval with a cds retrieval.

If you have an ECMWF account, you could use the MARS input, here

Additionally, #97 was just merged which will allow for easy instantiation directly from the cds.
