Investigate whether collaborators can push schema updates via Prisma CLI

As the project owner on a Vercel hobby plan, I can push schema updates myself. Let's figure out whether collaborators with the appropriate credentials for our development database can also do so, or if there are issues here.

@katemoser Can you make a trivial change to the schema and then try to run npx prisma db push and, if it works, create a PR to update the README?
