"Seen" display for a message should include mentioned people

Your use case

What would you like to do?

When I send a message and mention someone, I would like to know whether they have read it. I would prefer to know about the person I mentioned rather than someone else.

Why would you like to do it?

If I mentioned someone, I am particularly interested in seeing whether they read it.

How would you like to achieve it?

I would like priority to be given in the "Seen" display:

to people who I mentioned, so that I am likely to see their face rather than that of one of my other friends, if they have read this message.

Have you considered any alternatives?

I can click the "Seen" icons to see a full list of people, but this is more effort.

Additional context

If I mention a lot of people, it will not be possible to show all their faces, but prioritising people I mentioned over those I didn't would still be useful I think.

There could be couple of problems with this

Just seeing a message and not reading it would qualify as "seen" especially if user just jumps to new messages

You would have to have to categories if implemented as seen and mentioned in which mentioned category would be brought only if message contains full mention
Or you mean that mentioned people get shown first but then order which is currently alphabetical would be out of order which I think is dull

How would it act if whole room is mentioned

And last and biggest question out of all what if person has turned off share presence
