Your use case

I just set up my public space; however, I can't find any options to add custom themes inside my spaces and public/private rooms. We hope the devs will add this new feature, because many popular messaging apps like facebook messenger has added this capability before.

Have you considered any alternatives?

Please don't hesitate to distribute this feature in all desktop/mobile OS that Element is available.
