Steps to reproduce

Attempt to visit specific, but frequently different, threads. Some examples are undermentioned:

To elaborate the aforementioned, although solely one or two threads at a time are inaccessible, they become accessible an indeterminate (and probably differing amount of) time later, when a different thread becomes inaccessible.

What did you expect?

I should be able to interact with a thread generated from that message.

What happened instead?

Failed to load timeline position

Tried to load a specific point in this room's timeline, but was unable to find it.

@t3chguy, if this is the same, then the title of that issue is too narrow in its scope, because I accessed those threads via the GUI, not the shared permalink URIs.
