Canonical XML, XInclude, and xml:id tests suites; possibly others, should be stored locally in this repo and run against the local copies. There should also be tests run against the network copies maintained by the W3C to detect potential changes in the test suites since the W3C has shown it can't be trusted to not change specifications post-publication.
