Offline map location set to 0,0

Offline map interface used to correctly center to the current map location, however now it starts from 0,0 (in the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Africa).

Panning the map from Africa to the current location is required for every use of the offline map saver. Ideally there would also be a "center" button on the map save screen, which would mitigate this bug.
