Zoom factor flickering + not works

Describe the bug

I use bevy egui, and then i xhange zoom factor window are flickering and zoom factor not apply. I have a button for applying, and its not works, its flick on a sexond and then go back to normal size. If i add ui scale changing to update, not on button press, its start flickering always.
