I just posted this as a bug report in #1412. But I'm wondering if I've just missed something obvious here?
I'm considering transitioning from RomVault to igir. I grabbed the No-Intro daily P/C XML zip and tried it out but found that igir lumps some DATs into single folders. For instance, matches for these two DATs end up in just one folder Atari - 8-bit Family:
Atari - 8-bit Family (Parent-Clone) (xxxxxx).dat
Source Code - Atari - 8-bit Family (Parent-Clone) (xxxxxx).dat
Effectively, the source code is mixed with regular ROMs, which doesn't seem right at all.
Same is true for "Unofficial" DATs...the "Unofficial" prefix is trimmed and you can't tell this status from the directory names that are created.
