fellowship hasn't released 1.2 yet: polkadot-fellows/runtimes#140

still, we have pre-released our runtime 1002000 here: https://github.com/encointer/encointer-parachain/releases/tag/1.7.3-dev1

test:

zombienet local bootstrap-demo-community
before upgrade: perform cycle to get some reputation into the state
