Some modules store secrets and/or configuration details in Key Vault, for consistency, these details should also be available via App Configuration (using the app-config-key-vault-secret module).

At the time of writing the modules that need to be updated are:

We should output the names of the Key Vault secrets to make it easier to consume them.
Also we might want to pass the secret names in as parameters (with default values).
