Hello, I am a Chinese software user, when I install and open the EPI2ME, login option does not respond, when creating a cloud analytics process, the software needs to log in to the account.

I'm sure my network is online, and the software always prompts me to confirm whether I'm connected or not, how can I fix the issue so I can log in to use the cloud analytics feature normally?
