With the migration to github we need to remove the old channelfinder website and use github.io

Additionally the installation instruction should be moved to read me thus each branch can have their own branch specific instructions and there isn't a need to maintain separate jobs to publish the website/instructions with each release.

Why do we need to move the website?

I do not see a technical reason that would require us to do that.
Do I miss something? Can you provide a list of advantages / disadvantages before deciding such a move?
