Should R CMD check GitHub Actions workflow run in both M1 Mac and Intel Mac #123

Context: https://github.blog/changelog/2024-01-30-github-actions-introducing-the-new-m1-macos-runner-available-to-open-source/

macos-latest still indicates Intel Mac as per https://docs.github.com/en/actions/using-github-hosted-runners/about-github-hosted-runners/about-github-hosted-runners#supported-runners-and-hardware-resources so if we wanted M1 Macs, we would have to add macos-14 to the matrix.

The situation is now reversed macos-latest is M1 so we no longer test on Intel.
