Reproduction steps:

press tab until you get to the last page of the site (https://esse-dev.github.io/a-web-monetization-story/#page-16)
press tab until your keyboard is focusing the URL bar of the browser
press tab one or more times and observe that nothing appears to happen.

What should happen

pressing tab should always result in the focused element being visible

What is happening technically

your keyboard focus goes into the ~14 navigation dots on the bottom of the page but the website does not navigate to a page where the navigation dots are visible, so it appears that pressing tab does nothing.
