The current TEv2 specifications state that a link to the rendered version of a curated text (as generated by the TRRT) can be done by concatenating the contents of the field website (as specified in the SAF) with the locator field that is part of the MRG entry that corresponds with that curated text.

However, the website field is specified as the URL to the home page of the terminology, which is not always a good base url for creating the intended links.

Issue trustoverip/ctwg-toolkit-mrg#41 leaves it up to the implementer of the MRG generator tool to propose another name for the field that can serve as the base-url for making links, so that we can maintain the website field as is. However, until this is done, the website field will be used for link-construction, not for navigating to the home-page.

Commit bd3434a corrects the description of website such that it produces a working URL when concatenating it with the navurl field of an MRG entry
