Leaderboard Filters Bug

Describe the bug
Several filters are breaking on the main leaderboard:

• https://www.openweightlifting.org/?federation=UK&weightclass=M102
• https://www.openweightlifting.org/?federation=UK&weightclass=M109
• https://www.openweightlifting.org/?federation=UK&weightclass=M109%2B

Expected behavior
UK athletes falling under the M102, M109, and M109+ cats are displayed.

Did some investigating, presuming it's likely a bug in the cache handler due to it's incredibly lazy implementation. I reckon that the shared memory implementation without any mutex / wg control might have been a silly idea.
