First, thanks for the list. In your intro:

licensed for commercial use (e.g., Apache 2.0, MIT, OpenRAIL-M)

I don't have any examples of GPL LLMs on hand but I'm sure there are some. Are they excluded because you don't consider that "licensed for commercial use"? You have a couple of CC BY-SA examples, which are copyleft (à la GPL). Can you clarify?
