Describe the bug
Desktop Mate is app with virtual characters for Windows. They can sit on external window of any app, while using Seelen UI they can't. Disabling toolbar and taskbar fixes issue but I need them both.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Use Desktop Mate
  2. Open Seelen UI
  3. Try to place character on window of any app

Expected behavior
Something blocks of seeing character any app except Seelen UI. I expect to use Seelen UI with Desktop Mate without interfering each other.
