Since this code has also been added to FairSeq, is the license CreativeCommons, or is it FairSeq's MIT? Thanks!

Hi @Pathos0925,
I don't think this code was added to FairSeq (maybe only inference code, not training). Anyways, the license for this repo is as listed on the readme file.
