Deploy API-X as executable Jar? #102

There have been several suggestions on API-X calls to provide alternate deployment modes for API-X. One such suggestion is an executable jar, e.g. as assembled by spring boot.

This would likely involve:

  • wiring API-X components with Spring
  • figuring out how configuration options are best provided
  • ...
