The current meeting log URL is a bit long and also make the QR code complex as well. If we add a URL shortener and generate a QR based on that would make QR simple make the URL easier as well.

Hello, I am new to this repository and want to contribute to this issue. So, I need help regarding this issue. Which URL you are talking about to shorten. Because here, https://meetbot.fedoraproject.org/, I am not seeing any QR Code. Can you please elaborate more so that new comers can understand?
