Files delete themselves after every session

I place the two files in my skyrimvr directory and it works great, but when I close the game the files get deleted and I have to re add them every time I want to play. do you have any idea what is going on and how to fix it?

You'll have to look at something external like virus scanners or mod managers. This software does not have any functionality to self-delete.
