Now that I got the modder running, I'm going to report this issue as well (see title)
I tried on EN 11.3 and JP 11.4
EN: The modder says it patched successfully
JP: It only says success on arm64 and throws the 'already patched' error on other architectures
but both versions lead to game crashing
