Incorrect Window Title Bar in Wayland Gnome #317

The window title bar looks like the following after enabling wayland in gnome:

The title bar is normal (default gnome title bar) when wayland socket is disabled.

Spotify doesn't officially support Wayland so its not expected to be perfect.

This is the default Chromium titlebar. Spotify needs to enable their own.
