It would be great to create a CodeMeta.json file for Shanoir. CodeMeta is a standard to describe software metadata that is increasingly being used (in particular by HAL for us in France) : https://codemeta.github.io/

This tool may be used to create https://codemeta.github.io/codemeta-generator/

(Related to the new contributors' page created by @alexpron as CodeMeta also includes a list of authors with their roles)
