Subject: [PATCH] coral2: update HPE rabbit docs link

Problem: the link to HPE docs for DW strings points to the 'dev'
version of the docs, but it would be better to point to the latest
released changes.

Now that the HPE docs for DW strings is in 'latest', point there.
