How to show hidden files by default in pickers?

Let's imagine I have .dotfiles/.config/init.lua. First, the file picker won't show this file until I toggle the hidden files option. However, when I am in this file, I can't use grep_word because it is considered a hidden file.

Is there a way to always show hidden files in grep and files?

I tried passing sources to the picker, but it didn't help, and the picker stopped working.
