feat: suppress "fypp currently only supports gfortran" nuisance messages

I have tried the Pre-Release of the extension.

• Feature is not present in the latest Pre-Release

Feature Request

every time the linter code queries for the fypp enabled flag, if the selected compiler is not gfortran, it prints this message, regardless of whether or not fypp is enabled in settings. I already know fypp isn't supported for ifort, that's why i didn't enable it, i don't want to keep seeing log messages about it.
