Integrate "DOF Configs Ini Pull Program (v3.0)" from http://configtool.vpuniverse.com/index.php

And preferable add some more functions

Idea
Set up a github repo that does hourly version pulls and puts all these configs in the repo
Add what is needed to vpxtool
