Logging in Freezing Saddles needs an overhaul.

We have redundant copies of an autologger module in multiple projects, log formats are inconsistent, and some projects barely log at all (I'm looing at you, freezing-nq.)

We should log differently in prod, definitely with JSON output, and take advantage of cool logging facilities and libraries. The autologger is neat, but what else is out there that we could use?
